Travel Professionals are invited to visit StarwoodPro.com between October 11 and 15 to participate in a three-minute “Wrap Yourself in Westin & Win” learning burst. Here they will learn the Heavenly ways in which Westin welcomes them and their clients to 170 hotels in over 36 countries around the globe.

And for simply taking those few minutes to learn about Westin, Travel Professionals will receive a little piece of Westin heaven. Following the completion of the learning burst and questions, they will be prompted to select their Heavenly gift and enter to win one of 250 exclusive FAM trips.

We look forward to welcoming our Travel Professional partners to our properties, but we also know that their customers need vacations, too. Westin recently completed a “Wellness in Travel” study of 1,500 Americans, which revealed just how dire America’s need for rest and relaxation is: 

·         48% are happier and more positive in their work and personal lives after a vacation.

·         More than three-fifths (64%) had cancelled or postponed a vacation this year.

·         On vacation, over 30% check in with work every other day, while 25% check in every hour.

·         More than two-fifths (41%) need three to four days to unwind on a vacation.

·         More than half (58%) felt that they were more in need of a vacation now than they were last year.
