Q: How do I select the books that I would like to purchase?

A: First and foremost, we recommend you to look over the Special Offers that we currently have and see if one of those fit what you are looking for. They do offer a lot of savings while still including all of the same great information. If you would like to purchase one book or multiple items that we do not offer in our Special Offers. Please click on the "Add to Cart" button. When you cock the "Add to Cart" button, a new window will open with the items you have added. When are you done adding items to the cart, simple proceed to check out and follow the guided steps. Note that you can select either eBooks or hard copy books.

For PayPal users, you may simply enter your PayPal Username and Password and pay for your merchandise through your PayPal account. Q: How long will it take for me to get my eBook order?

A: Your order will be forwarded to Tom Ogg & Associates and a unique download site will be created for your personal use. It may take as long as a day, but usually happens within hours of your order. If you need immediate attention for download, call Tom Ogg & Associates at 1-760-751-1007 after completing your order through PayPal and request immediate attention.

Q: How do I purchase a Special Offer?

A:  If you wish to order a Special Offer, simply click the offer you are looking at for a brief description of what is included. This description will open in a new window. If that is the item you are looking to purchase, simply go back to the original screen and click "Buy Now."
