Who Should Join This Community?

Travel Suppliers

If you are a travel supplier that sells through and pays a commission to travel professionals, this community is for you. It is FREE to join for you. Here are some of the things that you can do;

Construct Your Profile: This is your opportunity to put your information in front of thousands of travel professionals. Share you complete contact information and detailed information of what you offer.

Upload Training and Product Sales Videos: Video is an amazing way to let agents know about your products and services. You can upload as much video as you would like and they will show up on your p[rofile page so that agents can learn more about you and your products.

Upload Product Brochures: If you publish a product brochure, flyer, magazine or other sales information, you can upload a .pdf version of it so that agents can open and download it to use with their clients.

Upload Pictures, HTML, media files: You can share just about any content in any format that you find useful to let agents know about you. The more definitive that you can be about your product or service, the more likely it will be that agents will sell your product or service.

Tell Your Story in a Blog: Your profile comes with a blog and RSS feed. You can share any specials that you are offering in a blog post and agents can find out what’s new when they visit your page.

Post Your Webinars, Seminars and Fam Trips to the “Events” Calendar: If you want to reach agents to attend your promotions, be sure to post them where they can find them!

Let Agents Find You Using Keywords: Agents will search for your product using keywords. Be sure that you have the proper keywords in your profile so that they can find your page. But, please do not spam keywords just to get agents to visit your page even though you have nothing to offer based on the keyword.

Important Message for Suppliers

No Soliciting: If agents have clients looking for your product, they will find you and contact you. Please do not post solicitations on agent’s walls or email them with solicitations. If you are caught soliciting in this manner you will be immediately suspended without notice!

Suppliers – Extend Your Reach

You may sponsor an interactive group for your product that will allow agents to join your group so that you may let them know of any special offers that you may be making available. Agents can communicate with you (and other members of the group) on your Group wall and you may email your group at will. There is no maximum numbers of members that you can have for your group.

The set-up fee and annual hosting fee for your company group is a flat $495.00.

Use keywords to search the profiles to find the supplier that offers what your clients are looking for. Do not worry about unwanted solicitations by suppliers, as they are not able to access your email address and are not allowed to post on your wall. Feel free to contact a supplier that you are considering with the confidence that you will not start receiving unwanted email.

Community Rules -- Please Read

1. No Advertising or Soliciting: Please avoid any advertising or direct solicitation of members that post in the forums. Do not post ads on member's pages by using their "Leave a Comment" form. Do not e-mail members with solicitations or advertisements. This includes advertisements for services, products, fams, seminars, webinars, trade shows and other events. Areas are providede throughout this site for suppliers to present their products and services and travel agents know how to find you and will contact you if they are interested in your product or service.

2. No Flaming of Other Members: Please do not participate in flaming others or making comments that would invite a confrontational response. Agents, do not post complaints about suppliers in the forum. You should communicate privately with the supplier. Please keep the forum informative for everyone.

3. Treat All Members With Respect: Remember that this is an open forum and things that you say about suppliers, host agencies or other travel agents may likely find their way to them. Avoid making derogatory statements about anyone.

4. Do not copy and paste copyrighted material to the forums or groups: If you come across some relevant information somewhere, the acceptable way to share it is to summarize the information and then include a reference as to where the article exists. All copyrighted material will be immediately removed.

5. No Phishing for Traffic: Please do not post messages to the forum that are designed to drive traffic to your website, articles or other self-serving activity. While the sharing of links is a part of the community exchange, posts that are clearly self-serving will be deleted. If you have written an article or have something to share that is posted elsewhere, simply copy and past it in the forum, rather than link to it.
