Overview of Program: There are five Unit chapters and two Overview chapters that provide In-depth knowledge about geography, history and culture, hidden secrets about Hawaii’s Big Island and the inside scoop on special events & attractions. You will be provided with helpful sales and marketing tips on how to sell Hawaii’s Big Island "today. You will notice periodic "Pop Quizzes" at various places throughout the course. These quizzes provide an opportunity for you to check what you have learned. The Pop Quiz format includes multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank style accounts. The final certification test is available at the very end of the course. You must enter a password in order to gain access to the test itself. The required password is hidden on one of the pages of this course. Students who score 85% or higher will become HDS certified travel professionals.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all travel professionals in the U.S. and Canada.
