Overview of Program: A self-training program designed to provide comprehensive education on small ship cruising on all Captain Cook Cruises products. Consisting of five wide-ranging modules (8 including sub-modules), the course provides agents with a thorough understanding of the concept of small ship cruising. It is estimated that each module should take no more than about 15 minutes. The answers for each module question can be answered using information in the downloadable document, module content online, brochures and the website content in general. In order to qualify as an accredited specialist you must complete the 84-page workbook and five-part quiz, which can be ordered from the company or accessed through the company's Web site.

Eligibility Requirements:  Available to all Travel Agents worldwide, Cruise Specialists, Wholesale & Inbound front line selling staff, Travel Industry students & most Travel Industry professionals.
