Overview of Program: Costa is a true European experience and refreshingly authentic. What sets Costa apart from other cruise lines is its Italian style cruising, offering guests a true international experience no matter where in the world they are. This seven-chapter course introduces you to all that Costa offers. From its La Dolce Vita (The Sweet Life) and Days and Nights of Amore (Love), to the introduction of the Samsara innovative spa and wellness program and its 375 year-round sailings that include the Caribbean, Mediterranean, North Cape/Fjords, Baltic & Russia, South America, the Far East, Dubai, Indian Ocean and Transatlantic. You will also discover the 12 ships that currently make up Costa’s fleet, and learn about the ships to come, that will bring the fleet to 17 by 2012. Register or log-in to the Travel Agent Academy and study the seven chapters on Costa Cruises. The various links, videos and photo montages will also help you discover more about the cruise line. Pass the quiz that follows each chapter. Once you pass all seven quizzes, you will qualify as a Costa Online Sales Training Academy graduate!
