They offer a variety of training and specialist programs. They are constantly adding new programs, but at this time here is a sample of what is available.

·Cruise West 101: This 1 hour training session is designed for new travel agents or as a refresher course for agents who would like to familiarize themselves with the Cruise West product. This course emphasizes Cruise West's up-close, casual style of cruising and profiles the type of client who would enjoy this cruise.

·California Wine Country Sales Training Seminar: Take an enchanted journey from San Francisco Bay into the secluded network of rivers and tributaries in the Napa Valley. You will go to some of the region's best wineries, see architectural masterpieces, and enjoy private tastings,

scenic cruising and culinary delights. Whether your clients are wine novices or connoisseurs, they’ll enjoy a relaxing experience in the appellations that produce reds rich in tannins, buttery Chardonnays and spicy Zinfandels. ·Costa Rica and Panama Sales Training Seminar: Explore the tropical beauty of Costa Rica and Panama with Cruise West experts. ·Alaska Inside Passage Sales Training Seminar: You will be connected, via the internet, to a live presentation where a Cruise West expert will provide you with the information you'll want for your Alaska clients. There are two ways to see the Inside Passage. You can watch it pass by from a distance, and try to capture its elusive essence through a telephoto lens; or you can come with them by small ship into the inner reaches of the amazing waterway and see it, smell it, touch it for yourself.
