Once you enroll and receive the workbook, which should arrive within 10 business days, set aside 8-10 hours, study the workbook and online materials, pass the online exam with a score of 30 out of 40 correct responses (true-false and multiple-choice questions covering materials in the workbook and website). You'll receive your score immediately. If you do not receive a score of 30 (75 percent) or better, go back and review the materials again and retake the exam. Eligibility Requirements: US and Canadian Travel Professionals registered with HAL Academy. (You must have either a CLIA or IATA number or a HAL booking number.)
