Overview of Program: NCL University, The College of Cruise Knowledge. NCL U is the first-of-its-kind online travel partner networking and education community where travel partners can earn CLIA credits, become Freestyle Certified, get the latest information on NCL, share selling tips and compare success stories via online classes, videos and blogs. NCL U is an entire virtual campus consisting of seven major departments: Home, Administration, Education, Student Union, Library, Rec Room and even a Campus Store. Participate in courses for CLIA credit designed by Dr. Marc Mancini. Coming soon are elective classes featuring videos exclusive to NCL U from The Second City. Agents can take part in a multitude of different activities to earn points towards Freestyle Certification, with many opportunities along the way to win prizes and even earn Campus Bucks to spend on NCL U gear in the Campus Store. There are three levels of certification: Specialist, Advanced Specialist and Freestyle Certified. Once you have earned 150,000 points you will qualify as Freestyle Certified.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all bona fide travel agents registered with NCL.

Benefits: Depending on your level of certification, 5- 15 CLIA Credits can be earned, exclusive access to reduced rate cruises, eligibility to win numerous prizes in exclusive contests, earn Campus Bucks to spend in the Campus Store and a graduate diploma.
