Overview of Program: This program is intended to be experienced online. Once you've read, worked and absorbed the Norwegian Coastal Voyage E-learning course, you'll be ready to take the 25-question test, which will be made available after you have taken all the lessons. Study the course material at your own pace. If you get tired or interrupted, simply Log off. When you return, the system will remind you where you left off! The course consists of a pre-test, 11 lessons, a supplemental resource section and the final exam. After your have completed the course, your access to the Certification Examination will be enabled. You must answer 20 of the 25 questions correctly.

Eligibility Requirements: For US Travel Agents with CLIA or IATA affiliation.

Benefits: Eligibility for three $50 bonus commission coupons per year that can be used for bookings on NCV escorted vacations, independent vacations or expedition voyages; personalized certificate; 50% off published rate for specialists and special companion fare on FAM trips.

Cost: There is a $25 charge to register for this course, which is redeemable upon your first qualified NCV booking.
