Overview of Program:  Princess Academy is a program of advanced industry training. It's designed to support travel professionals by giving you vital tools that will help you sharpen your sales expertise, grow your group business, identify the right cruise prospects for the right cruise products and thoroughly understand Princess Cruises and the destinations they visit. The courses are presented in an entertaining and engaging format complete with imagery, video and voice.  The curriculum includes dozens of courses that cover a wide range of topics in which you will learn how to up-sell your clients and increase your profits discover strategies for breaking into the booming Luxury Travel market and how to bring your clients back for repeat cruises. The Academy follows the naval tradition of recognizing achievement with promotions through the ranks. Complete the required courses to rise from First Officer up to Commodore status. The higher the rank, the better the benefits.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all travel agents registered with Princess Cruise Lines’ online portal (Polar Online).

Benefits: You will receive recognition for your expertise through priority placement within their consumer web site’s travel agent locator, receive academy diplomas and pins as well as, advance notification of travel agent rates. Your cruise benefits include past passenger loyalty program benefits whenever you cruise and 1000 free cabins are awarded annually for Princess Commodores.
