Overview of Program: Royal Caribbean has introduced a three Level interactive training program (Apprentice level, Specialist level and Expert level) designed for you to learn everything you need to know about their ships, itineraries, destinations, selling tools, how to use their Travel Agent Guides, CruisingPower.com and more. They’ve even provided some excursions in the form of games and videos to help make it fun.

Eligibility Requirements: All travel agents registered with Cruising Power.

Benefits: Apprentice Level: Receive a personal call from your Customer Business Development representative, a collection of Royal Caribbean collateral pieces, Designation as an Apprentice on their Travel Agent Locator, a Recognition logo for your agency’s website and a Certificate of Completion.

Specialist Level: Five (5) agents per quarter will be selected to win T/A Reduced Rate cruises, a letter form Lisa Bauer, Senior Vice President of North America Sales, Three webinair trainings for your agency by a Regional Training Specialist or your Customer Business Development representative, designation as a Specialist on their Travel Agent Locator, a recognition logo for your agency’s website and a Certificate of Completion.

Expert Level: Receive designation as a Royal Caribbean International Cruise Expert, entry into a quarterly drawing to win one (1) free cruise, entry in a quarterly drawing to win 1 of 10 discounted staterooms, a magnet for your desktop with your designation, University of WOW Letterhead, your own press release, designation as an Expert on their Travel Agent Locator, a recognition logo for your agency’s website and a Certificate of Completion.

In addition: The Top 200 High Scorers for all three levels by July 31^st will be eligible for a drawing to go to Turku, Finland for the Independence of the Seas Float Out Ceremony in September 2007. The Top 400 High Scorers for all three levels by August 31^st will be eligible for a drawing to go to the Genesis Keel Laying in December 2007 in Finland.
