Overview of Program: The ultimate goal of the Silversea Cruises Specialist Program is to get you to become a member of the Travel Agent Recognition Program,  which offers agents higher commissions and other rewards based on two levels of net revenue earnings. increasing your earnings from Silversea even more. Silversea is currently re-branding with an Italian focus. First, you will be introduced to the changes that are taking place with Silversea.  Within this course you will explore all of the strong sales features that make Silversea the only choice for ultra-luxury cruising. The course will cover their all-inclusive pricing, purpose-built intimate vessels, European-style service, open dining, and itineraries that encompass the world's most exotic ports and you will be provided tips for targeting clients. Once you have studied the information in each lesson, you are required to take a final exam to complete the course. You will need a passing grade of 17 out of 20 to graduate.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all travel agents who register with Travel Agent University (www.tauniv.com) and enroll in the on-line class.
