Overview of Program: This comprehensive program provides travel professionals with the knowledge and sales tools essential to promote and sell the river cruise vacation market to existing clients as well as attracting new prospects. The education information and testing of the program is divided into seven distinct modules. The first two modules outline river cruising and the Uniworld difference, while the successive modules focus on Uniworld's ships and specific in-depth product information.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all legitimate agents affiliated with an agency registered in the Uniworld database.

Benefits: Upon successful completion of the program, the travel professional will become a River Captain with the following benefits: exclusive offers/savings for specialists and their clients; special savings on travel agent rates; booking contests with opportunity for additional commission and/or savings; random contests; a $25 pp ($50 per cabin) bonus commission for up to 10 client bookings following River Captain graduation; placement in Uniworld’s online consumer referral program’s collateral materials support; and a certificate of course completion.
