Overview of Program: The Alaska Certified Expert (ACE) online training program will help travel professionals package and sell Alaska. The Alaska Travel Industry Association has designed the specialty ACE program as a new and innovative way to designate travel professionals as experts in Alaska. The course will teach you how to craft comprehensive itineraries, educate you on myriad tour options and generally assist you with selling Alaska so that you can earn larger commissions while helping your customers plan the best Alaska trip possible. The online Alaska Certified Expert training program introduces you to Alaska and takes you step-by-step through the logistics of travel to and within the state. The online program features comprehensive information on the five different regions in Alaska and the specific offerings of each region so that you can customize itineraries to best suit travelers' needs and interests. In addition to learning about the climate and activities around the state you will learn interesting facts about Alaska.

Eligibility Requirements: Course is open to all legitimate travel agents interested in increasing their knowledge of Alaska and increasing their Alaska travel sales.
