Overview of Program: As an ACE agent, you will be forming a partnership with the island of Aruba and will enjoy many benefits. Just as your business relies on satisfied customers, Aruba's business relies on educated and enthusiastic travel professionals. To become an Aruba Certified Expert, you must first pass a Home Study Course consisting of a detailed, interactive electronic Manual, interactive Reference Guide and online Exam. This study course is downloaded from the www.agents.aruba.com web site in the form of two interactive Adobe Acrobat PDF eBooks. The course covers all the essentials of Aruba as a tourist and business destination, including what you should know about: general information, accommodations, Queen Beatrix International Airport, transportation, attractions, currency, climate, history, things to do, arts and culture, etc.

Eligibility Requirements: All active U.S. and Canadian agents that are willing to invest the time in completing the home study course.

Benefits: After you successfully complete the course, you will receive a certificate officially designating you as an ACE Travel Agent. Your benefits will include customers' referrals, first notification of specials, value-added promotions, VIP fams, updates, ACE Member Newsletter, special ACE agent rates and automatic collateral fulfillment. You will be eligible for free listing on the Aruba Tourism web site and receive a $20 cash back bonus on your first booking. In addition to a resource manual, reference materials and exclusive marketing materials, you will also have access to the “ACE Members Only” area of their web site for additional support and assistance.

Cost: Administration Fee of $35 for both U.S. and Canadian agents.
