Overview of Program: The Black Hills, Badlands and Lake Association has developed a web site to provide information to the Travel Agent community in order to help you learn about the many vacation possibilities in the Black Hills and Badlands area in South Dakota. The information has been designed to aid you in selling the Black Hills to your clients and to help you become a Black Hills Specialist. The web site provides general travel information, destination overviews, packaged vacations, events, national sites, maps, community links and a central reservation system which you will need to become familiar. After you thoroughly explore the site and its links, click on the Become a Black Hills Specialist button. You will be asked 25 questions about the area, of which you must get 20 correct in order to become a Black Hills Specialist.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all active travel agents.

Benefits: Besides credentials, you'll also be the first to receive bulletins about new developments and special deals within the Black Hills travel destination, be the first to receive familiarization trip invitations and special booking incentives.
