Overview of Program: In just five short seminars, you’ll find out why guests at Couples Resorts’ four (soon to be five) unique, couples-only Jamaican vacation destinations return again and again. In seminar one you’ll learn what inspires this loyalty – the hospitality of the staff, the beauty and romance of the surroundings, the ways Couples ensures their guests relax and enjoy their vacation; the group’s award-winning formula for success; who these resorts appeal to; how to sell the value of the Couples all-inclusive experience; special packages, and travel agent incentives. In Seminars Two through Five, you’ll receive a comprehensive view of each individual resort - Couples Ocho Rios, Couples Negril, Couples Swept Away, Couples Sans Souci (the locations, accommodations, activities, dining and more). Pass the quiz that follows each seminar. The quizzes are automatically scored, so you’ll know how you’re doing right away and you will have the opportunity to go back and correct any mistakes. Once you pass all five quizzes, you will qualify as a Couples Resorts Specialist.

Eligibility Requirements: All US and Canadian travel agents registered with Travel Agent Academy.
