Disney Specialist Program (The College of Disney Knowledge)

Overview of Program: This is a self-paced correspondence course. It is an ideal way to learn about Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. The course covers sales and marketing fundamentals, features and benefits of the Disney Resorts and booking Disney Destinations. To qualify as a specialist, agents must pass five exams of 20 questions each and a final exam of 50 questions, taken with open book. The tests are sent in a packet by mail and can be completed online, by fax or by mail. On-site agent education programs are also available for California and Florida Disney Destinations.

Eligibility Requirements: Available to travel agents and wholesale reservationists in the U.S, Canada and Puerto Rico with a valid ARC, IATA or CLIA number.

Benefits: Graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge earn the Disney Specialist designation and receive a newsletter mailed to them several times a year. Graduates become eligible to enroll in the College of Disney Graduate Program which offers wider rewards and benefits.
