Overview of Program: This tailor-made online course will take you on a journey to explore the Langham brand, signatures and individual hotel profiles, discover their philosophy, unique positioning and selling features. You will be provided with the knowledge to educate your upscale travelers on what the Langham brand stands for and how they are different from their competitors. Upon completion of this course, you will know the very essence of the brand.  Successfully pass the online final exam and you will be qualified as a Langham Hotels Specialist.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all travel agents who register for free with Travel Agent University (www.tauniv.com) and enroll in the on-line class.

Benefits: Pass the Final Exam to qualify for a Langham Signature gift, Langham Hotels Specialist status title and diploma, and automatic enrollment in the  "Innovative Rewards by Langham" program (After booking your first 10 room nights or 100 points, you will receive a Chuan Spa Signature gift.  You will then receive a $25 gift certificate at each 25th room night or 250 point juncture. You will then be directed to a web site where you can select from a variety of gift cards. There is also a Grand Prize drawing for a vacation at a Langham Hotel of your choice.
