Overview of Program: In this online course you will learn to sell the diverse destination of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and the surrounding area - often referred to as the Grand Strand. You will receive in-depth information to sell the Myrtle Beach area to a wide variety of niche markets. You will learn how to sell this destination to beach lovers, golfers, honeymooners, families, shoppers, music lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. You will be provided with details on accommodations, dining and entertainment venues, value added options and marketing ideas. Once you have completed the course, taken the final exam and achieved Myrtle Beach Area Specialist status, you'll be ready to sell all of the Myrtle Beach area's offerings to your clients..

Eligibility Requirements: Open to all travel agents who register for free with Travel Agent University (www.tauniv.com) and enroll in the on-line class.
