Overview of Program: Agents take a test on material posted on the CVB's Web site (log onto www.floridasbeach.com and click on the Tour & Travel Department). The test asks questions based on information found on the site, including the visitors' guide and sections about beaches, Tarpon Springs, bed-and-breakfasts and arts and culture. Agents can download the test from the site or ask to receive it by mail. In addition to the unique destination test, the website provides an order form to request marketing materials, industry discounts to assist in visiting the destination, a form to directly submit specific questions you may have, and how to contact your sales team.

Eligibility Requirements: Must be an agent with an IATA, ARC or CLIA number.

Benefits: Agents who complete the course receive a framed certificate and a wall clock, are invited to attend a training trip to the destination and receive special travel agent discounts.
