Overview of Program: This extensive study program and various On-Site-Education trips to Switzerland will give you the expert's command for selling Switzerland. The course is broken down into six easy-to-follow modules, each one requiring approximately two to four hours of study. You can study the course at your own pace. The final exam consists of a 50 question multiple-choice test and two essay questions. You can choose among 4 essay topics of which you have to answer only two at about one page of length. Once you have completed the final exam and passed the written test, you will be certified as a Switzerland Specialist. On-site training is an adjunct to the specialist program. Switzerland Tourism organizes three On-Site-Education-Trips to Switzerland every year. These trips consist of a one day workshop where you meet with about 25 Swiss suppliers and a three day site inspection. Each trip is dedicated to a different region. Switzerland Specialists are also eligible to go on individual site inspections throughout the year.

Eligibility Requirements: The on-line course is available to the entire travel industry.

Cost: There is an enrollment fee of US $95/CAN $125 that you must be included with your test. Free membership renewal  is available after that for agents reporting 10 bookings to Switzerland, otherwise renewal costs are $60.
