Overview of Program: Agents can call or log on to the Web site and study the presentation of information on both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. After reviewing the online material, to qualify agents must take a 50-question test and pass with 30 or more answers correct.  Once you have completed and passed the specialist exam, you are now at the final step in becoming a Universal Specialist. All you have to do now is experience the destination. Once you have experienced the destination, fax a copy of all of your receipts showing your travel to either Universal resort. Special agent packages are available for that purpose..

Eligibility Requirements: Any interested travel agent is eligible.

Benefits: Those who pass receive a certificate that states they are a Universal Parks & Resorts vacation specialist and are also eligible for special discounted tickets and preferred onsite hotel rates. Travel Agents enrolled in the Universal Specialist program enjoy either one complimentary 1 day/2 park ticket OR 50% off one 2 Day/2 Park with 3rd Day Free ticket per calendar year after completing and passing the Exam.

Cost: There is no cost to enroll in the program. However, depending on your travel plans costs will vary to experience the destination.
