Triton Distribution Systems sees the travel industry as entering a new era with travel agents and agencies leading the way. What is ReservationExpert™?

ReservationExpert is a web-based, point and click application that makes the travel agent’s job easier. Our goal is to help travel agents succeed and our cost effective and fully integrated tool—from inventory offerings through booking, ticketing, reporting and invoicing does that. We’ve created a tool that allows agent’s to combine many different inventory resources into one single “Super PNR” and with a single payment.

We have unique inventory including tour packages throughout China and European for example. So, we have unique inventory and complete GDS inventory; over 400 airlines, 68,000 hotels, 20 car rental companies, tour wholesalers and cruises worldwide— and they are all at your fingertips on your computer

Is it difficult to learn and use?

No, we understand that technology doesn’t replace a travel agent but rather empowers them. We’ve designed ReservationExpert with that in mind so it is easy-to-understand – point and click functionality, fully integrates with back office systems and best of all web-based.

Say, you have a client that wishes to take a cruise on the River Seine in Paris. You open up your web browser, go to our website and log on to ReservationExpert. Now, you can book a consolidated flight to Paris, combine this with a net rate hotel stay, add in some prepaid sightseeing tours around Paris and book the river cruise all at once. If you have to make transfers or exchanges, you can bring the PNR back up easily and quickly and make them. Traditionally the agent would now have 5-6 separate reservations, and have to account for each one and imagine making changes to an itinerary such as that one but with Reservation Expert all the information is contained in one reservation in a simple display and designed to make changes either to the whole itinerary or just one segment.

You’re costs are going to be lower, it’s easier and quicker to find and build the trip your client wants, you have one billing statement, one itinerary document and you can modify your commissions however you see fit.

What kind of support can I expect?

How much does it cost to use ReservationExpert?

It is free to sign up and download. We charge a minimal fulfillment fee and a travel fee at much less then the GDS and traditional fulfillment center fees. 

What are the computer requirements to run?           

You need to have a computer running Microsoft Operating System and have Internet Explorer as your web browser. It needs to be Windows 2000 or newer with 512MB or higher, 40GB hard disk space and any Internet connection, (DSL or Cable is preferred). That is it, really just your relatively new computer with an internet connection.
