Lastly as you are aware in today’s world the only constant is change and I’m sure you have all heard the news that Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. will be joining together. In summary after many months of exploring options for the company, our board arrived at a solution that we truly believe is a win for Starwood, Marriott, and our customers and guests.  This is a move that brings together the very best in innovation and execution at our companies.  Our combined global platform and growth opportunity will allow us to offer more choices in more places, expand our guest and customer base, and enrich our loyalty proposition and offerings. You certainly have a lot to look forward to with even more choices in even more places, giving you access to 1.1 million rooms across 5,500 hotels in more than 100 countries. For now, we remain two separate companies, with integration expected to be completed mid-2016.  It’s business as usual and for Starwood our customers are at the core of everything we do, and that will not change
